Ingredients:
- ½ cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 heaping cup frozen kale
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp or one scoop Elderberry Crystals
- Optional: collagen powder, protein powder
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend, gradually increasing speed until creamy. Smooth down sides as needed. Pour and serve in a chilled glass with a sprinkle of Elderberry Crystals on top.
