Ingredients
Juice of one whole orange (I used blood orange)
2 tbsp Udo’s Oil
1 tbsp plain yogurt
8-10 fresh mint leaves, chopped finely
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (try this Apple Cider Vinegar Shot)
Method
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle over salads
