Passionfruit Breakfast Bowl

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 passionfruit, halved
1 cup plain yoghurt
2 tbsp Manuka Honey
Granola, for topping

Method:

Add yoghurt to a bowl. Empty the passionfruit halves of their seeds into the same bowl and mix together with a spoon. Return yoghurt and passionfruit into each empty half. Top with honey and granola. Serve immediately!
