Ingredients
1 head of romaine lettuce
3 tbsp Udo’s Oil 3+6+9 Blend
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire
2 tsp lemon juice
1 egg yolk
2 cloves garlic
Optional: 1/4 – 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
Instructions
- Whisk everything into a bowl, taste and adjust parmesan cheese.
Add romaine lettuce hearts to the bowl and use your hands to massage dressing into lettuce. Garnish with parmesan and croutons
