Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk (coconut works as well)
1/2 tsp. Red Beet Crystals
1/2 tsp. Manuka Honey
Options for preparing: You can serve this warm or cold. For warm, combine all of the ingredients together in a pot over a low flame. For cold, add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend to combine. Top with extra beet crystals for a pop of color.
