Where do you ship?

Flora Inc. ships to all U.S. Addresses — Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes included.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $59 and subscription orders.

When will I receive my shipping confirmation email?

Please allow 2–3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

What if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us within 14 days of delivery so we can work with you to arrange for the damaged products to be replaced promptly. Include your order number, description of the damage, and pictures. This information will benefit us when evaluating our packaging and shipping processes.
