Please note that our 8.8 oz jar has been updated to show MGO 260+, while our 17.6 oz jar still sports the classic MGO 250+ packaging. This change is due to a new minimum MGO content standard set by the Unique Mānuka Factor™ Honey Association. This is an internationally recognized, third-party verification system that ensures the identity, potency, and quality of mānuka honey. UMF™ graded products have been tested for three signature compounds that are all needed to ensure the honey is real mānuka honey made from Leptospermum scoparium flowers: Leptosperin, DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) and Methylglyoxal (MGO).
